The tasting room features works from local artists. The art will be rotated periodically throughout the year.

We are currently featuring the works of Anne Waters.
Color is the melody that plays throughout Anne Waters' work. Of all the characteristics you might find in her paintings, color is the most important, she says, because it's the means by which she reveals her mood, her responses, or what she's feeling at that moment in time. "I love to work with a variety of subjects in a range of styles from impressionistic to abstract, and I thoroughly enjoy exploring different media and tools," Anne adds, "but most of all I revel in experimenting with color." In nearly every piece, she strives to express a certain energy by exaggerating a color to see if it "sings" in the painting.
Born into a family of artists, Anne gave up a business career at mid-life to embark on the more fulfilling journey of an award-winning artist. Picking up on her fine art education that began in college, Anne furthered her skills through private study with many nationally known artists, such as Jane Hofstetter, Jan Kunz, Karen Frey, and Pat Dews. Later Anne began teaching classes while living in the San Francisco Bay Area, and even organized a popular outdoor art festival called "Art in the Park" for which she received "Volunteer of the Year" award from the City of Danville.
Celebrating 15 years as an award-winning professional, Anne now has artwork included in countless private and corporate collections across the western United States. Recently, several paintings were published in Beginning Color Mixing, a Walter & Foster publication by Kimberly Adams.
Over the years, Anne has developed a distinctive style, easily recognized due to her bold, expressive color and textural paint applications. From her studio near Seattle, Washington, Anne now creates landscapes, seascapes, florals and other paintings filled with energy and vitality. Each summer, she hosts an outdoor exhibition of her artwork in her garden - her other great passion - which, she says, "brings my garden and art together for a colorful moment in time." She is also represented by the Parklane Fine Art Gallery in Kirkland, Washington, where she serves on the Board of Directors.
Anne lives in Maltby, Washington with her husband, Bill, and their adorable dog, Mocha

Roving Cheese Shop April 20th, 1-5pm
"Let's face it I love cheese! I love to eat it. I love to talk about it. Most of all, I love the look on peoples faces when they taste an amazing cheese. You know what I mean - your eye's close, a smile spreads across your face and totally right there, in the moment experiencing the magic of cheese. Listening to the story it tells you of the pasture the animals were feeding in, the farmer who milked them, the care of the cheesemakers and secret action of the cultures."
I bring the Roving Cheese Shop out to shops with an ever-changing selection of cheeses based on the season and what's inspiring me at the moment." Alison Leber
